"The room that smelled of sewage, the walls were falling apart and the room was full of dust. There were dead cockroaches and nothing about this place was all inclusive. There’s a buffet for breakfast and lunch with no pool side services. You have to make a mad dash to reserve 1 of 3 restaurants for dinner and if you’re lucky to get a reservation be ready to sit in an empty room and terrible service. Don’t dare ask for seconds because it’s an all inclusive after all. The staff at the bar and the kids area were kind and welcoming. The pools and kids areas were overcrowded and although I would see a lifeguard every now and then on the property I never saw one at the pool. Over all the stay is no where worth it if you are looking for a clean true all inclusive."

"The check in process was far too slow, just about a 90min wait. The staff was friendly & helpful. Service from restaurants, bars, room cleaning were all inconsistent. The food was mediocre and felt rushed at the a la carte restaurants. We had fun, hotel was clean and had a good vibe."

"This resort is a total gem. Beautiful Ocean Front view, hardworking and friendly staff from housekeeping, dining, pool side and front desk. It was our first time to stay at Melia for a family vacation (there were 23 of us in total from 3 years old to 83 years of age, and this place never disappoint! We would like to give a shout out and express my gratitude to Hector from guest services for his exceptional customer service. He was so accommodating, friendly and very respectful. We had a bit of issue in our room when we checked in however, Hector looked after it within minutes. The food at the buffet was very good as they have a huge variety everyday. The one that stood out was our sunset dinner at the Fish House on our last day since they were able to accommodate 23 people. The food was topnotch, the view was amazing and our servers were excellent. Melia totally exceeded our expectations. It was truly a memorable family vacation. We are already planning to go back, hopefully, by next year!"

Las instalaciones ya requieren de una renovación y de poner más énfasis en la limpieza y el mantenimiento (durante mi estancia tuvimos la visita de tres cucarachas). El staff de recepción mandó a fumigar pero no se resolvió el problema en su totalidad."
