"This is a great property that we have stayed in 9 times since 2017. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the rooms are clean, but the furniture is dated and could use a cleaning/replacing in many of them. The staff are lovely and friendly as always. The only issue we really had was the new beach loungers….they are very uncomfortable, and some had signs of wear already. We always switched out to the older style beach chairs, and hopefully they keep some of those around! All in all, it was another nice holiday and we will be returning to this great location in PV. "

"Room was great. Food is solid. Pools are great. Our son loved all the animals and wild life. Beautiful old school resort with tons of charm. Roberto the tennis pro was perfect for my tennis addiction. Will definitely return. "

"The room was very clean the staff amazing only disappointment was that the Resturant for buffet was closed and no buffet for dinner and the expense was pricy for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and on our first full day there the wait staff at pool bar was very slow we waited 1 hour and never got our final bill to sign so we went to our room assuming they would call us for signature instead the next day we were scolded and embarrassed in front of other guest for not signing our bill we explained and he said I was very busy but we waited until 6:30 pool was already pretty much empty otherwise we will most likely be back next year! What I most love is 2 of your bell men remember us from last year ❤️"
