"Great stay for our family trip! We had a wonderful time during our visit. We booked a pool-view room, which was clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs. The lobby was nice and cozy, and my daughter absolutely loved the pool. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, making our stay even better. We will definitely be back! "

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff is what makes this property exceptional—especially Gaby and Antonio, who work in the pool area. They remembered our names and made us feel genuinely welcomed each day. The hotel is currently undergoing a remodel, so a few facilities, including one of the large restaurants, were temporarily closed. Note, that PV is a party destination and while staying anywhere you are exposed to loud music into the evening."

"The staff was fantastic! Everyone was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Some went far above and beyond. The pools / pool area was awesome. Activities all day for the kiddos and adults. Food and beverages on demand. The building and rooms are understandably a bit dated but everything worked and was clean. Bathrooms were large and useful. Having a private bathroom attached to our master bedroom was a huge plus. If I had to pick out just one thing that we weren’t happy with it would be the king size bed. I prefer a firm bed as that’s what we have at home. The king mattress was absolutely brutal. It was so hard that I ended folding up a blanket to act as additional padding. If they were able to offer mattress toppers that would be great. I’m sure that would be cost prohibitive so I understand. I just think that it may be something people would want to know, especially when on a two week vacation. Otherwise I would highly recommend Club Regina as a very affordable option when visiting PV. "

"Staff were excellent room and check in were great. Biggest concern no Bali beds or umbrellas on the beach and lack of tables and chairs at the breeze bar. Thus could be reason to possibly go to another resort!"
