Excellent new boutique hotel set in an excellent location in Camps Bay.
Rooms are small but beautifully furnished.
You can tell the hotel has only been open since December as overall service is slow and the staff are still in the process of being trained.

Gorgeous George is a fantastic hotel. Nice location for the CBD, Company Gardens, various of the museums etc. The hotel has wonderful character, its full of art and crazy collections of things. The staff are wonderful, they are the best. Such a welcome and they make you right at home. The Gigi restaurant is fantastic too, great food. The rooftop setting is perfect. We also hired the Pink Room for an event. this is a great venue and everything ran perfectly and our guests commented on what a...

Very friendly check in at the hotel - gave us a full tour and showed us the key features in the room. Excellent club lounge with drinks and nibbles during happy hour. Comfortable and well maintained.

Beautiful hotel in every way. The staff are the best I've ever known. Nothing is too much trouble and they all have a very friendly manner. The Concierge staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. The Hotel is perfect for ease of trips around the Cape and is only 5 mins walk from the V & A Waterfront. If I had to think of one thing that I was disappointed in, it was that the pool was very small. No good for swimming, more of a plunge pool but still very relaxing. Food was wonderful. Our room was...

A great stay at the Mount Nelson - exemplary service, wonderful afternoon tea with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Upgraded on arrival to a suite which got the holiday off to a great start.

Stayed here due to work at CTICC and the Cruise Terminal. Hotel is literally 30 metres from the Conference Centre and only 10 minutes drive to the cruise terminal. Also has a shuttle to the V&A waterfront if you want to shop or see some restaurants. Staff excellent and restaurants and room service were good with varied menus.

Nice location. Close to the V&A waterfront with lits of restaurants and coffee shops within a five minute walk.
Staff were friendly, welcoming and polite.
Room was clean ans spacious with a nice shower room.
Didn't have chance to appreciate the swimming pool hut the breakfast was very nice with a large buffet offered as well as a variety of cooked and made to order breakfasts.

We really enjoyed our stay with Zest, from lovely welcoming staff who greeted us with an ice cold drink when we were sweaty from a long plane ride, to a delicious breakfast, to a very comfortable room. The hotel is eco-conscious too so it's even better to know your stay is doing good by people and planet.

We had a brilliant stay in the hotel. Staff were very helpful, service and food excellent. Having travelled with family, the one suggestion I have is for the hotel to consider allowing children in the indoor pool at least at limited times. I understand that some spa guests would prefer not to have kids running round, but a happy medium could be found. Ours were not the only children in the hotel. That said we enjoyed our short stay here. Being 10 minutes walk from the V&A Waterfront is a...

South Africa may be known for diamonds and gold, as well as an abundance of natural wonders, but Cape Cadogan is a jewel of a hotel in Cape Town. It is a small hotel that delivers personalised 5 star service.
We were very pleased to have chosen Cape Cadogan rather than one of the big chain hotels near the Waterfront.

Arrived earlier than the official check in time to be met by the friendliest hotel reception we have ever experienced! The reception area itself was stunning, great views over the beach and a relaxing bar to watch the sunsets. Everywhere was spotless, very modern and comfortable. Our room (202) was great, with views of the mountains from one side of the balcony and the beach on the other. I could have sat on the balcony all day to be honest (the room came with a fridge stocked with beer and...

We were impressed with South Beach and, being fractionally away from the noise and occasional seaweedy whiff of the main strip, meant that it was perfectly located in Camps Bay (still the best place to stay if you haven't been to Cape Town before). It's also conveniently located for the tidal pool where you can swim in warmer water than the sea. And all of Camp Bay's bars, cafes and restaurants are still only a few minutes walk away. Room 61 at the hotel is particularly charming, situated over two floors, and with its own secluded rear garden. It has a very 'homely' feel to it.
One evening, as we left our room to dine in the hotel restaurant, the door security latch fell off (I know it's not supposed too...). We placed it to one side, and I was going to report this the following day. To my surprise, the security latch had been replaced by the time we returned later that evening. How's that for efficient service...

We travelled to Cape Town with my son, daughter and her fiance. We all had king size rooms, two of them had a view of Table Mountain. Found the hotel staff, concierge especially, particularly helpful in arranging trips and advising us of how to get to the various attractions that we wanted to see.
