Brilliant hotel. The Airstreams on the roof are brilliant. Romantic, charming and just plain fun. We stayed in them for 4 nights and then tried a room downstairs for a 5th night and that was just lovely too. Great location, really central, really buzzing but the rooms are silent sanctuary whine you need to sleep. We really enjoyed our stay with Zest, from lovely welcoming staff who greeted us with an ice cold drink when we were sweaty from a long plane ride, to a delicious breakfast, to a very comfortable room. The hotel is eco-conscious too so it's even better to know your stay is doing good by people and planet.

A super boutique hotel/guest house with lovely staff making our stay really enjoyable

This hotel was comfortable and just what we needed for our stay in CapeTown. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and had celling fan. An added bonus was that our room had an electrical socket in situ that was suitable for our English electrical equipment. breakfast was buffet style and very good. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Honesty bar was effective and a lovely touch. The staff helped us to book excursions and taxis.

This was an amazing place to stay during our time on Cape Town. The main thing that stands out is the staff, they are helpful beyond measure and will go above and beyond, with enthusiasm and personality. They genuinely care about their guests and will do whatever they can to help, including assisting in itineraries and bookings. We had a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is a great place to stay within an easy walk of the V&A Waterfront and all it has to offer. The rooms are very modern, clean and comfortable. The Owner (Daniel) and all the staff are really helpful and friendly. Daniel organised a number of trips and taxis for us, all with a really professional company, which were all really good. Location and atmosphere

The delightful and helpful staff and amazing breakfasts. Room was a bit chilly and difficult to heat up....would be my only negative comment.

South Africa may be known for diamonds and gold, as well as an abundance of natural wonders, but Cape Cadogan is a jewel of a hotel in Cape Town. It is a small hotel that delivers personalised 5 star service. We were very pleased to have chosen Cape Cadogan rather than one of the big chain hotels near the Waterfront.

Beautiful quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but just a short ride away by Uber. The staff are exceptional and extremely helpful - especially Joy who always greeted us in the morning with a huge smile. There is a great choice on offer for breakfast and the food is really good. Would certainly recommend a stay here.

Arrived earlier than the official check in time to be met by the friendliest hotel reception we have ever experienced! This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Near to the sea-front, restaurants and the excellent Mojo food hall and market and other shops. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and the hotel is well-maintained. We stayed there for 2 nights at the end of our Garden Route trip and it was a very relaxing way to end our holiday. They also arranged transfers to and from the airport for us which worked well.

The hotel is about 20 minutes by uber from the town which was perfect. Right by the beach and also an excellent 30 minute walk along the beach to the nearest town and bars. There is also a good restaurant/bar about 5 minutes round the corner. The hotel itself was brilliant. My husband and I spent nine days in beautiful St. James Manor. We booked through Expedia and expected a small room, but I think we were upgraded as our room (Boyes) was large and beautifully appointed, with a view of the sea.
