Loved the Dorp’s quirkiness and overall atmosphere. The rooms and bed very comfortable and well equipped. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful guest house, very comfortable and clean. Room was very spacious with everything we needed. Anne and Bruce were very welcoming and were happy to recommend local restaurants and places to visit.

Location and atmosphere

A great stay at the Mount Nelson - exemplary service, wonderful afternoon tea with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Upgraded on arrival to a suite which got the holiday off to a great start.

I loved everything about Four Rosemead. The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. I felt totally looked after. Thank you Jade and Four Rosemead!

Gorgeous George is a fantastic hotel. Nice location for the CBD, Company Gardens, various of the museums etc. The hotel has wonderful character, its full of art and crazy collections of things. Me and my wife stayed here on the first night of our honeymoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even left rose petals and sparkling wine in the room for us. The hotel has a very classic and stylish feel and contrary to other reviews which state noise being a problem we had no issues at all.

We really enjoyed our stay with Zest, from lovely welcoming staff who greeted us with an ice cold drink when we were sweaty from a long plane ride, to a delicious breakfast, to a very comfortable room. The hotel is eco-conscious too so it's even better to know your stay is doing good by people and planet.

We arrived early, hours before check-in, but the hotel were expecting us and made us feel very welcome, offering us a space to freshen up in before we ventured out to make the most of our one full day in Cape Town. Owner Michel was very friendly and helpful; he organised an airport transfer for us and recommended a wonderful restaurant within walking distance for dinner (Silk) and also which beach to visit (Clifton Fourth) the next morning before our afternoon flight to Port Elizabeth. Very friendly check in at the hotel - gave us a full tour and showed us the key features in the room. Excellent club lounge with drinks and nibbles during happy hour. Comfortable and well maintained.

A lovely boutique hotel nestled below Table Mountain. The staff and I mean all the staff are outstanding and made our stay a delight, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended , a peaceful haven away from the hubbub of the Waterfront, but only a short trip on the hotel shuttle car.

South Africa may be known for diamonds and gold, as well as an abundance of natural wonders, but Cape Cadogan is a jewel of a hotel in Cape Town. It is a small hotel that delivers personalised 5 star service. We were very pleased to have chosen Cape Cadogan rather than one of the big chain hotels near the Waterfront.

Nice location. Close to the V&A waterfront with lits of restaurants and coffee shops within a five minute walk. Staff were friendly, welcoming and polite. Room was clean ans spacious with a nice shower room. Didn't have chance to appreciate the swimming pool hut the breakfast was very nice with a large buffet offered as well as a variety of cooked and made to order breakfasts.

A fantastic boutique hotel, very secure with gated parking and access, and lovely comfortable rooms.
