"Unfortunately, a bad experience. Our hotel room was in an unacceptable condition. Various issues including the closet doors, poor AC, drawers coming off, etc, etc. I was told that the hotel was going through remodeling. They offered a refund which they never did after two months of following up with them. Enough said. : ("

"wonderful hotel centrally located in sea point with lots of supermarkets nearby & loads of restaurents & a few good bars big modern rooms , nice sized comfortable bed good shower plenty of cupboard space to store clothes very good satellite tv service adequate / good wifi daily cleaning except weekends provide a good service wonderful front desk & night security staff were very friendly & helpful especially the always smiling , ever so friendly & cheerful Karen.. will return in 2023 for sure"
