"Clean rooms, staff friendly, easy access to the property and Xcaret. Did have some power outage but it was brief. It is hard to get reservations for the private restaurants but other o es were good. I thought the swim up bar could have been better. Guests were rude to the staff. Overall great experience."

"This is the best resort we have ever stayed at. The facility is gorgeous, activities non-stop, and the staff is incredible. Gina was our personal concierge and she treated us like family. We spent an exceptional amount of time conversing (in spanish and english) at the bar with our favorite bar tenders (Irving and Efrain) and they were so fun and friendly. The beach volleyball lead by Sina was also epic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone looking for an incredible and relaxing vacation with wonderful staff and a beautiful property. We can't wait to come back!"
