"Wifi was down the the whole morning I was there. Very disappointing especially given the pricepoint. Was down from around 8AM to check out at 1PM"

"This hotel is in a good location and the room is clean. However, the plumbing is outdated. There was a leak in the bathroom sink which created a pool of water on the floor. We notified the front desk and they send someone to fix it within a hour. Unfortunately, whatever he did didn't work. It leaked again while we was asleep. Luckily, we were leaving that day. Another problem was that the hotel was supposed to provide Breakfast. However most of the food were gone by 8:30 AM while the breakfast supposed to be service until 10 AM. Even the coffee was gone by 8:30. Breakfast is a joke. "

"Internet was very slow. The biggest issue in my stay was the parking. This hotel does not have its own parking. You need to park on the street which has lot of restrictions and no clear signs for no parking. So it is almost certain that you will get a parking ticket one or the other way. Even hotel staff did not guide well when it comes to parking. So be careful when you book this hotel and be aware this hotel does not have it’s own parking. "

"I was disappointed because the laundry was cashless and required a credit card for use. I opted not to use it as we had just updated the card. The room smelled invitingly clean upon entering. There were no amenities in room outside the basic soap and shampoo. No robes, slippers, or basic toiletries. I got a weird vibe at check in, as the staff looked like teenagers. Also there was alot of noise and movement right as we began to serve ourselves breakfast."

"We couldn't use the shuttle because we checked out in the off hours when they weren't operating. We also had to walk there, which is not an advisable area to walk through. The location is not pedestrian safe/friendly. It is best accessed by vehicle."

"The staff was rude and arbitrary. The hotel accepted our reservation and upon arrival informed us that they canceled our reservation. There was no notice and they left us out in the cold. While waiting in lobby they threatened us with police. Bad group!"
