"Great location to Luton airport. Continental breakfast for early flight. Nice bar area. Not a huge food menu but it was very nice. Room was nice."

"The location is ok as the access to the underground is minimal. The restaurant service staff is good, however the room wasn't as clean as expected. You can't forget to bring your slippers to walk around the room. There are musty smell in some areas, no easy for someone with respiratory allergies. "

"For claiming to be a boutique hotel, I'm left wondering what makes it so. I've stayed various times now but the value-price ratio is declining with each visit. The rooms are not equipped with anything that the ibis doesn't have and most inconvenient, there is only 1 UK power outlet unless one unplugs the TV (the lamps on the night stand have a non UK power outlet I've not seen before(?), no USB outlets either, which is increasingly becoming standard in all hotel rooms. The staff always comes across as if they can't bother/ acting blasé and I don't feel being a valued client even after several stays. I am very disappointed in the lack of sustainability measures the hotel is taking e.g. offering a non-sensical explanation as to why the bathroom light is on 24/7 in the 'accessible room', the towels are changed every single day even if properly hung up. I don't think I'll stay again tbh. "

"All of the people working here are very pleasant and attentive. The sound bath was excellent and the restaurant outstanding."
