"The staff were friendly but the room was very poor. It was very dated, small and in need of a huge renovation. The carpet was dirty and there were lots of marks or the furniture and walls. It was clean on the surface but I don’t think it had been deep cleaned for some time. The amenities were also poor."

"Staff on arrival were lovely and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, and the continental breakfast was reasonably good. The 3-stars is for the poor quality of the sleep alone. I booked the Holiday Inn specifically to be near the airport and get a good night's rest before my early flight. Sadly, I discovered the hotel decided to disable the AC and leave only a fan to cool the room, which meant it was very stuffy and warm, and combined with the lumpy pillows, I didn't sleep well at all."

"We arrived on 2/5, everyone of the staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, explained everything to you , the rooms are big , aswell as the bed!! Comfy , everything you want in a room was in! Breakfast was so organised and plenty of, so you don’t go hungry , it was amazing , derek (staff) was a joy to chat too, funny with our granddaughter With his jokes ! My granddaughter went swimming ! I cannot fault anything with this hotel , but I will be using this hotel everytime I come to Hemel Hampstead it’s a 6 ⭐️ for me !"

"Very nice hotel .The bedroom was really small. I gound ghe bed to be most uncomfortable and the mattress was like a brick . When i mentioned this to the guy on the reception he didn't want to know and was very unhelpful. I ended off with a really sore back. "

"Been to a few hotels in the area and I can't lie this was by far the best. Located right next to the mall so everything I needed was a walk away, the ambience was simply amazing. And the staff were amazing seriously, these guys give above and beyond a new meaning. Paticularly, a receptionist named Sab or Sabia (sorry I'm not good with names) but she was warm, polite and incredibly helpful to us throughout our stay. If I should ever visit luton again, I'll definitely be seeking their facility. She may not read this but it needs to be said, thanks for all your help Sabia.🙏"
