"My review is mixed. We had a corner room with great views. The room was very nice and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. It was very walkable to the falls and near by plenty of restaurants and a park. The lobby - which was HUGE smell horribly of smoke. I hated having to go through there to get to the elevator, go to the stores or restaurants in the resort. We are not smokers - and it was bad enough that I will choose a different hotel next time around. Also - one came to clean our room during our 3 night stay. No garbage was emptied, no towels replaced etc. Don’t really care about not changing the towels - but our little waste paper baskets were full and overflowing. Not the best experience with room care."

"Great location, comfortable beds, and decently clean room . Property looks like it needs a good renovation. Dirty , marks all over walls & water marks on ceilings. Breakfast was gross and not cleaned well between users and in a very grungy looking basement floor."

"Room was clean. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast I wish they had different options available we stayed three nights there and had sausage all three days. Wish they had a cafe in the hotel to eat lunch there also. Parking I thought should have been free since I feel you pay enough for the rooms"
