"Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had variety. It was a little farther then I expected from the falls but still walkable. Starting April 1 the hotel started charging $10 a day for parking, however it costs that in the public lots as well . Overall it was a good experience."

"Ordinary service . Were told for everything need to come down to reception to get things and room service only after 3 night stay . I would say stay off this hotel if you want to enjoy some time"

"There is no breakfast included, nor available on a weekday. The 'in house' Starbucks was opened only on the weekend - and only from 7 to 11AM. The hotel is in the area, where there are no food stores, only fast food joints. The hotel is good but the food situation is a major inconvenience."

"The building is a 19 story art deco masterpiece. The lobby is that of an apartment building, so not spacious like today's hotels but very classy and the staff were genuinely friendly and helped with issues. The elevators were very quick for such a big building and we were right in the middle of town and close to the attractions. Our room had 12ft ceilings and felt very spacious. Lights automatically came on when we entered. Breakfast wasn't my favorite, but we also came down when it was very busy. We would stay there again."
