The property is wonderful. Hosts are great and there are some lovely seating areas both in and outside the property. Breakfast was good and there were also drinks and snacks available The bedroom was nice and the super king bed was the comfiest I have slept in The only thing I would say is that our bathroom was not en-suite which we didn’t realise at the time of booking although it was only assigned to us.

5 stars is not enough…….fantastic host, great stay, in all respects…..would recommend in a heartbeat

The best location for the falls (and also good for the walk to the Canadian side). Staff were incredibly helpful and the restaurant was the best in the area by far. A wonderful stay and we’d wholly recommend!

Stayed at this hotel while on an American road trip. Very convenient for Niagara Falls (about 30 minute drive) and surrounding area. Lockport also seemed nice and better to be a little away from the overly touristy Niagara Falls city. Hotel clean and comfortable with staff friendly and helpful. While I only stayed one night. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and want to help. It is also extremely close to the maid of the mist and all the fun! When I arrived, there was a queue of 4 people and the manager rushed out to speed the process up. The staff also aided me with recommendations for food and the best place to watch the fireworks. The only two negatives I could pull was that parking was $15 a day, but this was still cheaper than the closest car park. As well...

Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was average.

Hotel near main roads for easy access. Parking on-site. Room clean and spacious; staff friendly. Breakfast - continental style buffet with good choice. Pool small but clean. Dining options were a short drive away.

Lovely staff, spotless and comfortable hotel in a perfect waterfront location. Wonderful - and would definitely come back!

We only stayed two nights and i wish it could have been more. Super comfortable beds, quiet room, great choices at breakfast and very helpful staff throughout the hotel. Location wise, it was perfect. Not in the centre, and not far out, with just the right walking distance to the falls, the centre and the rainbow bridge to cross into Canada.

Good value for money budget hotel. Staff pleasant. Good range of US options at breakfast.
