"We live locally and this is the best hotel in our area. We have stayed here several times mainly for the beautiful pool and hot tub area.The work out room is nice as well.I WISH hotels kept pools open later hours or 24 hours at your own risk. Sometimes families over stay their welcome in these areas and other guests miss out on the swimming due to this. Hotels could restrict it to only allow adults to swim 24 hours,no children.I love that the work out area is open 24 hours.We stayed in room 534 and the air was not working.My family and I didn’t sleep well due to the room being extremely warm and the air even on 60 was blowing warm/hot air.We noticed come 5-6am the air was finally cool.We loved the space in our room,we had the kids suite and the extra space along with the 2 queen beds, 2tv’s, and sofa was very nice.One thing I’m suggesting is for housekeeping to move the furniture around when cleaning.We moved the extended sofa and there was a bunch of popcorn under it from the prior guest.We also saw a baby spoon under the dining area.A quick look under any accessible furniture should be done first.This is usually an issue in all hotels I stay at, I kind of look for it and expect it.Overall this hotel is beautiful and we will absolutely be staying here again.No bugs or anything that would stray us away.Pool area is a must see, love the warm cookies on arrival.Not comfortable using room coffee makers so the 24-7 coffee is such a huge treat for us & guests. Loved our stay!"

"Ample parking in the nearby parking lot that had a designated area for the hyatt tenants, the breakfast buffet was nice, the fresh and chilled juices were a nice variety. But the best part was the amazingly nice and helpful staff!! Shout out to my man warren! "

"The place was so dark and dreary everywhere and now I see why! If you want to stay in a filthy, dilapidated hotel that boasts a skyline view and whirlpool tub then this is the perfect place for you! The curtains in our room had blood on them and windows were so dirty we could barely enjoy the “skyline view”. The whirlpool tub had 4 settings and only 1 of them worked. Carpet had cigarette burns and the room smelled like mildew and bad decisions. The bathroom wall was falling in and there was water damage all throughout the room. Do NOT recommend unless 1-star hotels for the price of a 5-star are your thing."

"Room was clean, at first had a weird smell but after it was fine. I liked that they served breakfast it saves you time for your activity’s I liked that hotel it’s very close to the park so you can just walk. No need to drive unless you want to go out of the little town. If I ever come back I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again."

"We spent two days without heating and air. They kept telling us they had no rooms to change us to, and that the 4th and 5th floor were all under the same conditions. Our room phone did not work so we had to call the front desk via cell and went down multiple times to see when they would have an estimate. We also reported the large stain in the room that was wet when we checked in, and that we did not have the robes. We reported that one because we were not going to pay for property damage, and secondly there is a charge of $75 per robe if taken. There were also dead bugs in the windows that had fallen from the curtains. The manager never followed up with us. This was a weekend trip to celebrate our 25th Anniversary, would I recommend this establishment not in its current condition. The pros to this location is that it’s a short distance from the Falls, and the 19th floor Skylounge. We met some lovely ladies from England and they best described this hotel as tired. That is a great statement for the hotel. They need to update their HVAC systems and over all have better follow through. I did enjoy the artwork, decor, and location, but would love to see them improve the customer experience and the HVAC systems."
