"A solid mid tier hotel that is convenient to multiple areas of downtown Buffalo and surrounding areas. Room was clean, staff was courteous and helpful. Hot/cold breakfast each morning was also a plus."

"The hotel is OK but the people at the front desk are unhelpful. We called them three times for the shuttle and were told we would be called back for an estimated time, but they never called back. Had to call them again was told that the shuttle was on the way but didn’t know where the shuttle would pick us up. Turns out we had to ask one of the workers where the transportation area was, and we were in a completely wrong area to be picked up. It was extremely frustrating as we had a baby with us."

"Pool and courtyard were amazing! Love the tropical/resort feeling. The water fountain in the front lobby was aesthetically pleasing. The entire bathroom and bedroom were very outdated. The drain in the bathroom was not functioning neither was one of the reading lamps at the bedside. Staff were very friendly throughout the stay."

"The place is a bit dated and needs some TLC, but for a place to crash for a night… THIS time it was quiet, the linens were clean, and the shower had both good pressure & temperature. Minor snafu during check in when they clearly gave me the wrong room, but it was remedied straight away. No frills but no worries… it is what it is and the location is pretty convenient. Better experience than my first stay there a year or so prior anyway!"
