"Just spent the holiday weekend at this charming bed and breakfast. I loved the private parking and the access to a full kitchen. The room itself was perfect. It had a comfortable bed and it's own bathroom with two sinks! It's located just 5 minutes from Niagara State Park. We were able to keep food in the refrigerator and cook something up when hungry. "Stayed this past weekend for a concert. Unfortunately we couldn't check in early however the staff was very helpful. We were able to take care of everything prior to the show so getting back was a breeze. Hotel was pretty outdated but for the price and convenience it was great for us. They even offer shuttle service to the venue for small fee. The food truck in the parking lot after the concert was a great bonus too! I would stay again if traveling for anymore shows!"

"Room was clean, smelled fresh. Bed very comfortable with soft sheets. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was clean. Our room overall was fine. Breakfast offered multiple selections and the time frame of 3 hours was generous. The building in general needs upkeep, repairs to carpet, floors, walls. We did not use the pool or workout area, so no opinion on that. We had our little dog and the grounds were very nice for walking him outside. Several outdoor tables and chairs for eating, smoking, and relaxing. If the building was spiffed up with needed repairs, I would rate it as excellent."
