The best location for the falls (and also good for the walk to the Canadian side). Staff were incredibly helpful and the restaurant was the best in the area by far. A wonderful stay and we’d wholly recommend!

Wonderful US Arts and Crafts building: the public rooms and the bedroom very beautiful. Very spacious bedroom and very comfortable bed. Staff very friendly, and the meal at the restaurant was very high quality. Surrounded by the other Arts and Crafts buildings from the community set up by Elbert Hubbard in 1895 after visiting England and meeting William Morris. While I only stayed one night. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and want to help. It is also extremely close to the maid of the mist and all the fun! When I arrived, there was a queue of 4 people and the manager rushed out to speed the process up. The staff also aided me with recommendations for food and the best place to watch the fireworks. The only two negatives I could pull was that parking was $15 a day, but this was still cheaper than the closest car park. As well...

Stayed at this hotel while on an American road trip. Very convenient for Niagara Falls (about 30 minute drive) and surrounding area. Lockport also seemed nice and better to be a little away from the overly touristy Niagara Falls city. Hotel clean and comfortable with staff friendly and helpful. Fast check-in, room clean. Was quite noisy but your are next to a major highway and airport! Good selection at breakfast.

Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was average.

A very useful spot for connecting to the train station at Depew as they will run you over on the shuttle.

Lovely staff, spotless and comfortable hotel in a perfect waterfront location. Wonderful - and would definitely come back!

We only stayed two nights and i wish it could have been more. Super comfortable beds, quiet room, great choices at breakfast and very helpful staff throughout the hotel. Location wise, it was perfect. Not in the centre, and not far out, with just the right walking distance to the falls, the centre and the rainbow bridge to cross into Canada.
