The hotel is just ok for a budget stay near the falls don’t expect much. The building is not well maintained, there is a weird smell in the common spaces. Do not expect any good breakfast - they have the most basic one. Actually this was the first hotel breakfast I have evet had with no cheese, thanks God there is a Target nearby we could purchase some!

I didn’t like the fact that I have to pay for WiFi($4 per day). They were hair all over the bathtub, the toilet sit, the sink and the floor. The room was very humid. The staff were ok and breakfast was ok( they didn’t have a lot of options) and I didn’t like the lady bringing the pancakes outside made already instead of letting the guests make it themselves. The location was perfect, it was close to Niagara Falls, Walmart, target and restaurants. For me I think it’s a one night stay not a 2 or 3 days stay. Parking was free

Staff was super helpful and courteous. We were also unaware that there was free transportation available through Microtel to Niagra Falls Park. My friend and I were discussing Uber (as we wanted to enjoy some adult beverages during lunch and dinner, and not drive ourselves) and what address to put in. One of the staff members overheard us, thankfully, and got us all set up with the bus to and from.

For the area, it's not as bad as the motels. The staff was excellent and helpful. It's an older building, so many of the finishes and decor seem dated. There are some cosmetic upgrades in the room. The rooms were kept clean, but a few stains on the linens. Can't go wrong with complimentary breakfast!
