Staff at front desk was amazing. Very helpful with questions we asked. We had some neighbors about 7 doors down that was blaring their music dancing outside their door for over an hour at about 8pm which was not helpful when we were exhausted. Our door was shut yet you can hear every last lyric as if we had the music high ourselves. The morning we left at about 6:30am we were woken to a bunch of fighting, kids screaming, baby crying, doors banging and car doors banging. I know this is not the properties fault but it was ridiculous. The floor in our room was nasty, our feet were black just walking in it. We did not get to use the restaurant due to a Covid case and being closed. The pool when we used it was just packed with people. Kids splashing and screaming. Barely any room to move. There should be a limit on people with Covid still in play. The area around was very limited. No place to really walk to.

Very nice and big hotel, they have covered swimming pool that we enjoyed, but one staff member was particularly rude when I was driving looking for the door to access my room. He thought I had parked where I was not supposed to do it and he yelled at me, I explained I was waiting for my wife that got out of the car to look at the sign with the room numbers and he blocked my way out, he said I had to go around and he parked where no parking was allowed. The following morning he parked again at the place he yelled at us for driving over. From the pictures you would think you would get a Tiki cabin or a room in those pointed buildings, but we didn't, apparently those cost more which should have been explained in advance.
