Housekeeping never showed up to deliver requested towels or coffee or even clean the room. A coke from the vending machine was $5 (no posted price on the machine).

Beds were awful. Pull out couch had food inside it . Very dated. Mattress on pull out couch torn and brown that even my 5 year old grandson said he was going to get germs sleeping on it. TV not working. Had to have housecleaning and maintenance in he room. Entrance door was hard to unlock so had to have maintenance back. Some of the water slides were shut down due to maintenance issues .

Had fun and staff was friendly. Room was another issue. The air-conditioning unit was yellowed and the casing was falling off. The dresser was completely missing a drawer. One of the drawers had no knob. Shabby.

We arrived at noon so we could use the water park before check in at 4. By 1:00pm they called and said our room was ready. The Starbucks in the lobby was reason enough to come back. Traveling alone with kids, coffee is a must. Room was clean, staff were amazing and all attractions were open. We will definitely be returning.

Pasamos un fin de semana muy divertido con mis hijos de 5 y 7 años, el personal es muy amable y servicial y nuestro cuarto estaba súper limpio lo cual se aprecia mucho. No recomiendo el restaurante Johny Rockets, nosotros llegamos esperamos mucho solo para que nos dieran una mesa y después nunca aparecieron para tomar nuestra orden y el lugar ni siquiera estaba muy ocupado, si puedes salir a comer hay muy buenos restaurantes en los alrededores.

The water park is smaller than expected. Really only 3 things to go on for myself, my 10 year old and 3 year old. Was convenient that the hotel elevators could be taken right down to the water park. Wish they would accept cash at the hotel and water park though.
