"The complimentary breakfast was denied by hotel on both days although booking email clearly states that it's included. The bathroom shower and fittings were totally rusted and leakage water flowed into the room. The hotel staff and hotels.com did not care to help and resolve despite calls to front desk and customer service number."

"We don’t even pass the reception counter.
Due the personal does not accep my reservation code.
Keept seing that booking APP has a diferent aceptación code.
I tilde him my reservation was made by Hoteles.com
But he does not recognice the information in the reservation confirmation.
Not by the Code, either my ñame or the bank payment confirmation.
Ir i wanted a ron i must Pay for new reservation and of curse there was no refundes because they didn’t accept the original payment"
