"Even though we booked 2 night's stay, we stayed only for 8 hours. Check-in was in afternoon, and we informed the hotel about our late check-in due to international flight late arrival. We checked in at 3 a.m. (almost 13 hours late), still room was not ready or clean. After numerous requests, toiletries were finally provided at 9 a.m. Breakfast was also not at all satisfactory. "Great hotel with lovely staff, only drawback is that it’s a bit tricky for cars to reach to so you will need to walk 150m or so but still very accessible. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others - it’s absolutely beautiful."
