The room was well-equipped with ample storage, convenient towel racks, and a fully functional smart TV. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a delicious variety of fresh, high-quality dishes with something for everyone. Our morning was a delightful . Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Outstanding service, excellent amenities, and exceptional attention to detail made it one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay."

"Hearty, healthy breakfast choices which we loved. The staff were very attentive, super helpful. Room was clean. House keeping was very good. I had a torn suitcase which we realized late in the night. I took a chance to ask if they have a tape for the time being. They were very prompt and fixed the damage temporarily but in a very effective way. Which we did not expect. We were very satisfied. I got sick after returning from Amarnath trip. The way they have arranged for a dr. Consultation over the phone and arranging for meds is amazing. I did not have to leave the room to go get the meds. I would strongly recommend anyone who is thinking about staying in this hotel without any 2nd thoughts. If am visiting Delhi again, I would stay at IBIS. Thank you Ibis for your services!"

"The hotel was absolutely stunning. I loved the pool area, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and warm throughout my stay. The restaurants inside the hotel were excellent, with great food and service. The staff also recommended a personal driver for the day, and it was one of the best decisions we made. He was very friendly, professional, and took us around New Delhi, making our visit so much easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to stay in New Delhi. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely love to come back."

"I travelled to Delhi in March 2026 and stayed herre ith my parents and sister. This was a wonderful hotel. We cannot thank all the staff here enough for everything they did for us. I would particularly like to thank everyone for helping my elderly parents around the hotel. They were looked after so well and like family members which was so nice. We thank you so much. Particular thanks go to Dheeraj, Rashminder and Anushka in Varq and Mr Shah Jahan and his team. We thank you all so much and look forward to visiting again very soon."

"Great place to stay if you’re going with family. They have a nice buffet and the room was great. I did have couple of issues - wrong car sent (sedan instead of SUV that was requested) and power outage in our room (breaker tripped for unknown reason). They promptly fixed both issues."
