"Great hotel"

"Pretty location. The initial room I booked was a double bed with a tower view. I paid for an upgraded room with a view and needed up getting a twin bed with no view- I could only see the side of the building and a little bit of water. Room was comfortable enough, AC didn’t work but I just kept the window open and it was fine. "

"A well located hotel, with really helpful teams of people working there. My room was very dark, the lighting wasn't very bright so I struggled to work, put on make up etc"

"Shopping everywhere, mostly restaurants. Subway or bus very close can take you wherever you want to go. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would stay here again. "

"Clean room but for the money and for what it is - don't set your expectations high! The room does have all you need for a night's stay - but no more, and it would be pretty unbearable with two people. The finishings look very cheap - but having said all of that, it was clean and there were some clever designs to get everything you need into a small space. "

"Hotel itself was absolutely lovely and in a fabulous location. Only marked it down because two of the lifts were out of service being renovated which meant it was a little chaotic and long waits for lifts. "
