"Staff was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast included but, it wasn't extremely expensive. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again."

"Valet is not optional and an additional $29 per night plus tipping. Arrived @3:30. Had to wait till exactly 4 to check-in. By 4 it was 6 people deep and only 1 employee to check in. Hotel was nice and clean otherwise. Wish we knew bridge was closed prior to booking. Could not walk to downtown."

"Breakfasts were great. The whole property felt like it needed updating. I had an iron that dint work. When I asked for another they brought one right away and it was old and in its last leg. Everything was kind of like that. While staff was great. "

"The hotel room was bare bones and old. It seemed fairly clean but lacked in the nicer things we are used to for that price. It was right next to a major highway so was very noisy throughout the night. "

"Upon checkin (approximately 1 hour after 4:00 pm), we had to wait nearly 45 min outside our room as the maids finished cleaning the room (we were told previously that the room was ready). The cleanliness was subpar, with hairs everywhere (especially in the bathroom). The pool wasn’t very clean either. The wait to use the elevators (approximately 5 minutes each time, I timed it) was the worst I’ve experienced at any hotel. After we checked out, Margaritaville charged one of my cards twice for the room and another of my cards for the room and valet service, which necessitated multiple phone calls to straighten out. For the money charged, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. "

"Great property in the village of Villano Beach. Only a block from the ocean, several restaurants within walking distance and a nice fishing pier. Property seemed brand new. Beautiful pool area and fantastic breakfast. Nice alternative if you want to stay on the beach near St Augustine"
