Our stay at Red Roof+ St. Augustine was overall okay. The staff was friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. The floor in the room didn’t seem to be freshly mopped, and the door key card was a bit of a challenge to use to open the door. Other than that, it was an acceptable stay.

I stayed at Red Roof Inn Plus in St. Augustine over Easter weekend, and overall it was a solid experience. The room was clean and simple, check-in was easy, and the location made it convenient to get to the beach and around town. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s a reliable, budget-friendly option for a short stay. What really stood out was the staff. I accidentally left some items behind when I checked out in a rush, and had to drive back to get them. The team had already set my things aside and went out of their way to make sure I got everything back safely. That level of care and honesty made a big impression. Because of that, we’d definitely stay here again.

clean room, friendly staff. pets stay free. def recommend. ac also works amazingly (at least in room 259!!). had a poor experience at a other hotel and had to find one quickly. anyone that’s been to or lives in st augustine knows durning spring break, you cannot get a hotel last minute. they had only a few rooms left! i thank all of the friendly staff here for getting us in last minute!

There are Thin walls, You can hear your Neighbors, there is no place to put shampoo or body wash inside the shower. The bed was comfy, and the staff told to me they haven't found my Smart glasses When I called them to tell that I forgot on the room 115 under the blankets. The smart glasses has find my device and is linked to my phone so even trying to Use it will not work.
