"Great location for St Augustine! Walking distance to all the shops and along the waterfront. There is also a trolley stop right outside the hotel which is great for the hop on hop off tickets you can purchase around town! Room was clean, with a great modern bathroom with one of the best showers ever! Also, the beds were so comfortable!! Parking was $26 per night including taxes. No free breakfast at this hotel which isn’t a problem at all as there is a great breakfast restaurant next door called Harbor View Cafe! You get a discount in there if you mention to them you are staying at the Best Western. Overall, a great hotel in an excellent location. Stay here for your visit to St Augustine! "

"Hands down, I am spoiled after staying here. It was so intimate, breakfast was fresh, parking was easy. Little walk to park but my husband didn’t mind cause it was free. The staff was amazing. Meet and greet at 5pm is my favorite, you get to talk to other folks and enjoy all the treats. Such a beautiful place and wonderful stay. "

"Didn't care for the fact that we had to pay $22 for parking each day. I never saw it on the website, even though I had to check after we HAD to pay. Guests should have a voucher or something to put on the dashboard or something and have free parking. We choose the Hotel besides the LOOKS of it online and etc but the MAIN reason was NO PETS. We are both allergic to dogs. On our last day at the Hotel a DOG was crying and barking for 20 minutes at 7 a.m. on our floor. Said something when we checked out and the employee said they changed their policy 2 weeks ago and now accepts pets."

"I recently stayed at the Carriage Way Inn Bed & Breakfast in the Sapphire Room during a trip my daughter and I took together, and we had a lovely overall experience. The room itself was very nice, full of charm, and the bathroom was especially spacious, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really added to the experience. Parking was also very convenient, with ample space located on the side of the house—definitely a plus. The only downside for me was the front porch area. It felt a bit dated and could use some TLC—there were older ceiling fans with visible rust, one of the planters had dead flowers, and the furniture seemed worn. Overall, it’s a charming place with great service, and with a little attention to the outdoor space, it could be even better."

"This was the cutest inn! I had the junior room and it was just myself traveling and it was perfect! Staff was awesome and it’s in a most excellent location too! Some things to note…. If you book through third party, some of the perks (breakfast and free drink vouchers may not be valid). If there is an issue with the room (on my check out day there was an issue with hot water for the inn) they 1000% took care of the guests and went above and beyond. This was a fluke situation and not the norm. I had a very late check inn and they also went above and beyond to ensure this was a smooth process. Will definitely stay again and would recommend the inn to all!"

"The staff was awesome and very accommodating. Only thing I could ask for is they have a Microwave accessible for us after hours and the water pressure a bit stronger."
