"This is not our typical hotel when traveling to Jax but with TPC, it worked for us as a last minute option. Overall, the hotel and our stay was good. The location is right on the river and near a decent steakhouse. Inside the hotel, there is a market with good breakfast sandwiches and iced coffee and a gift shop that had all the things we needed to cure a cold (my partner was a little under the weather). The hotel is a little dated and would benefit from some updates to continue to draw travelers. "

"The hotel is the beach, everything is clean. The beach is clean and beautiful. Hotel is very dog friendly and had great areas where dogs could potty which is awesome. The room was spotless. Excellent customer service. The pool was clean and was cool colors at night. Little awesome, well kept gym. Not a single complaint. "

"Save your money and pick another hotel. Room was extremely outdated, bathroom door did not close. The worst part of the stay however was the constant banging noise from what we assume was a pipe in the ceiling. I barely slept through the night because of it. My husband went to complain in the morning and got only the parking fee ($15) off. What a joke. Also the night auditor who checked us in announced my room number out loud while my husband was out in the parking lot and there were other individuals in the lobby. A big no no when checking in someone especially a woman."

"The staff were great. The bed on the other hand was terrible. A 4 inch matress on a plywood base..truly. the worst bed ever. "

"Great staff. Great amenities. The pool is awesome. The on site restaurant and bar were great. The view from the room was perfect, watched the sunrise from the balcony in the morning. Slept with the door open to hear the sound of the ocean waves crashing all night. Would definately recommend. "
