"Upon entering the room the stale aroma of cigarette permeated everything despite the bed linen appearing clean. There were no bulbs in the bedside reading lamp which had a broken shade to boot. The bathroom door knob was falling off and a simple fix with the screwdriver kit we had with us took care of it. The door to bathroom was soiled with who knows what grung. I used a hand towel that I soaped up to clean surfaces, chairs counters etc just to feel comfortable enough to put our things down. It needs a complete redo "

"Clean room. Quiet space with comfortable mattress .TV was good. Breakfast was adequate Pleasant staff. They really made an effort to keep the place clean, which I appreciate."

"Air Conditioning was in a place that kept the curtains blowing open. Curtain was broken when I got there and I asked a staff member to hang it better.no toilet paper holder no soap dish flooring was buckled hole in the wall in the dressing area mattress wasn’t super comfortable floors were dirty."

"I’ve been traveling for over 40 years. These had to be the worst beds we ever slept on. There’s no mattress only box springs it’s a pretty new hotel. I think the only had the box springs delivered and never the mattresses. No hair blowers no coffee and very noisy. Underneath the bed, they were completely filthy. The hallways were completely filthy. And the best part was whoever used the room before us left their shampoos there and they were never taken away so that tells you the cleaning department never did their job job very dirty hotel?"

"The floor was dirty in the room, it was very humid inside despite the AC on, the floor in the bathroom was always wet, and the air smelled of dampness"

"Old hotel. One elevator which everyone needs if going to floors 2-5. Stairwells aren't marked clearly. Very thin room entry doors with light seeping in at night. Nights were noisy. Room wasn't cleaned well. No fruit at breakfast, just carbs. Staff was friendly. "
