"Rooms don’t get cleaned unless you request it, I had my do not disturb sign inside so that they would know service was needed like other hotels yet they skipped my room several times so I had to approach the ladies myself or ask at Front desk and inform them of the experience, at times not everything is replaced, I was left without coffee, dishwasher power soap, for over 10days, I was using the same sheets for several days before finally saving something, the hallway smells like armpits which I believe it’s from one of the hotel employees, the exits smell like marijuana & this I smelled last year when I stayed here, I been taking out my own trash the housekeeping doesn’t leave extra trash bags, the chairs in front entrance smells horrible and they seem to never be cleaned or replaced because last year they smell horribly too, the smell is from arm pits or someone very dirty sitting on them. Breakfast is almost the same thing daily like scrambled eggs are there daily, no sunny side or over easy.Coffee at times is wonderful strong like some of us like it & other times it’s watery, way too light in which made me go to Starbucks, spending when I shouldn’t have too in order to enjoy a strong coffee. I notify management that curtains were ripped/torn just like I did last year &someone walked in without notifying me even though I had the do not disturb sign on door, the shower sliding doors get jammed &there was a panic and struggle opening due to missing handle."
