"Disappointed in our stay. Our Junior Suite was located on the eighth floor (827). This room is next to the elevator. The headboard of the bed is on the wall of the elevator shaft. That is what you hear anytime the elevator is used. In addition the room is closest to the bridge. So you hear the bridge traffic all night. And to top off our stay, it was garbage pick up night and the dumpsters are also kept on the ground below the room. They pick up the garbage at 4:30. So we got very little sleep over our two night stay. So advise to be sure you have a room away from elevator, bridge and garbage."

Well this hotel was definitely affordable but ignore the high rating it boasts! TV didn’t work, half the lights didn’t work and the bed was too hard for my liking. So other than that, and a crack in the wall above the door that light shone through, the room was ok. The major issue I had, as an old man alone, was no matter when I went outside there were ALWAYS 5-10 people leaning over the 2nd floor railing hooting and watching and laughing and playing music and having a grand old time. That’s fine I suppose, and it’s definitely not a crime, but I didn’t feel safe. And since “ security” is the basis of all well being, I wouldn’t return. "
