Reception and breakfast staff were great

Great

We couldn’t fault this hotel one bit. It was modern & stylish with an engaging & fun reception area (complete with complimentary pool table) & the design & functionality of our room was both practical & tasteful in equal measure. I want to make special mention of the young man at reception (Chase), who helped to make our stay even more ‘homely & enjoyable’. He was so polite, informative, helpful & friendly and was the perfect fit for this role. You are so lucky to have someone of his...

Breakfast was good and staff helpful.

This hotel is fantastic, staff so friendly, room's big and comfy, breakfast is first class, nice quiet location but not far from all the sites 10/10

Friendly reception staff. Location great for 5 min walk along garden path to the beach. Also walkable to a couple of local restaurants. Reasonable breakfast delivered to your room. Our room was a little on the small side and decor is quite dark but location is unbeatable for a few days of total relaxation around the pool and on the beach.

A mid range hotel with good well equipped rooms, excellent staff and good breakfast. Ten/fifteen minute walk to centre. Would recommend for good value and good facilities

Very well organised, nothing too much trouble to the really helpful staff who were also very keen to get to know you and make your stay as good as possible. Breakfasts very varied each day, but all superbly cooked. A beautiful building recently taken over by a very willing and enthusiastic team. A real gem! Highly recommended.

Complimentary breakfast which was very good, happy hour in the afternoon - wine and nibbles, the view from the room was amazing & the staff were very pleasant.

great location, loved the waffles, good parking, pretty hotel. We took room 303, the suite and it looked like a regular apartment, separate kitchen, 1 bathroom, separate dining, balcony, and it was equipped.

Great location for St Augustine! Walking distance to all the shops and along the waterfront. There is also a trolley stop right outside the hotel which is great for the hop on hop off tickets you can purchase around town! Room was clean, with a great modern bathroom with one of the best showers ever! Also, the beds were so comfortable!! Parking was $26 per night including taxes. No free breakfast at this hotel which isn’t a problem at all as there is a great breakfast restaurant next door...

Very nice right on the beach nice pool Bed bit soft and only one bedside table for two beds ? Overall very good!

A very old property for the area which adds to its charm. There is an outdoor pool but we didn't use it as only stayed one night. Good breakfast and close to historic attractions and restaurants. Ample free parking on site.
