"This resort was so nice, clean, beautiful and had wonderful staff. Hugo, Noemi and Marcelo were so amazing in making our experience as perfect as possible. The staff encouraging activities helped to us make more connections around the resort. Our room was nice and clean everytime we entered. Overall Secrets made our vacation perfect and we will be back again!"

"We absolutely loved the kindness of every staff member, they were always willing to help with a smile on their face. The gastronomy was varied, contrary to what some people said on reviews they had a wide variety of food and it was different every day. The restaurants à la carte had a nice selection of meals, the bars were easily accessible and the pools were very clean. We heard a ton of people complaining about how the beach was inaccessible because of the sargassum but that is not the hotel’s fault as they cannot control the weather. Regardless of that, there are plenty of activities within the resort to occupy your time. We will definitely be staying here again."

"The pool was amazing. The staff was excellent. Lucas, Javier and Maria were simply the best. They are at Spice buffet. Only negative I can even say is the housekeeping. The bed was always made but we never knew if we would have washcloths or how many. Bathroom floor never seemed swept but all in all we were very pleased with the our stay!!"

"Great resort overall. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend the resort. The only downside was the Premium Travel Club sales presentation. We were told it would take about an hour, but it ended up lasting nearly three hours. The sales team was extremely persistent, and it was difficult to leave the conversation without committing to a package. The discussion only ended after I mentioned that I would need to review everything with my lawyer, which was not received very well. My advice is to politely decline the sales presentation if you’re not genuinely interested. Aside from that experience, the resort was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
