"Great resort overall. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend the resort.
The only downside was the Premium Travel Club sales presentation. We were told it would take about an hour, but it ended up lasting nearly three hours. The sales team was extremely persistent, and it was difficult to leave the conversation without committing to a package. The discussion only ended after I mentioned that I would need to review everything with my lawyer, which was not received very well.
My advice is to politely decline the sales presentation if you’re not genuinely interested. Aside from that experience, the resort was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
