"Clean Room and friendly staff"

"The breakfast at the hotel cafe was not good. The service between the waiter and the bus staff was fantastic but the food itself was bland, mushy and not good at all. We had a dinner at Silverado. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The food, wait staff and everyone else was great. "

"This hotel would be an amazing value if the rooms were maintained better. The hallway as you enter the main door of our 2bedroom suite was dirty like it hadn't been swept. There were dead flies on the ground and french fries. We also had a cricket in one of the rooms which was not horrible, but we placed him back outside and had no more bug issues. The kicker was the red drops of whatever was under the safe in the closet that dripped down the wall and puddles an dried on the floor. I feel like the 2 bedroom suite I booked was not cleaned very properly. The pool was great. The location was great. Check in went smoothly overall value was great the only downside was the lack of cleanliness. I would stay here again just to give it a second chance but definitely not on the first floor."

"It was easily accessible and had good parking space. The staff was pleasant and went extra step and helped us with toothpaste when we found we forgot to pack it. We did not stay for breakfast."

"Spent 4 nites. Went to relax swim, hot tub. Watched Metaachi concert and the venue was great. I've always gone to Las Vegas and rushed around trying to see things. This time my wife and I didn't even leave the hotel. Everything you need is there unless you want to tour Las Vegas and get exhausted."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. We were relaxing in the room with privacy notification on. I heard a knock on the door, and then a 2nd knock. I was in bed and did not want to get up, not to mention, NO ONE should be knocking on the door if the privacy notification is on!!!!! That is Hotels 101!!! Needless to say, after the 2nd knock, a member of the in-room mini bar staff entered my room!!! She figured no one was in there after knocking twice, so she let herself in knowing the privacy light was on!!!! Makes me truly wonder what she was going to do or possibly steal while in there, and what her true intentions were. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I'm very glad I was dressed and etc. I jumped up and confronted her, but she had nothing to say except stupid excuses that made zero sense. At first she was just quiet and looked at me, then stuttered a bit, and then pretended there was a language barrier. I will NEVER go back."

"Beds a little soft and rollaway cot could have had a memory foam mattress. "
