"I have to say it was a real pleasure for us the moment we arrived. We got to the hotel almost 5 hours before check-in time, hoping to store our bags. To our surprise and delight we were told our room was ready. I can’t tell you how comforting that was after a very hectic morning of travelling. The room was nice and clean and cool, which was great to find. The only issue I would say is the flooring. There is a transition from tile to carpet which is unsafe. The shower door leaks but was easy to clean up with towels. But then can’t reuse them. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and it was very nice, always full and ready. Our last evening we had dinner at the bar and the staff were terrific. My wife was finding the air conditioning very cold and the bar staff took care of it immediately. So thoughtful of him! I would be remiss if I didn’t call out the two gentlemen working the concierge desk. They were so helpful, from start to finish. Truly that little extra bit of polish if you will. "

"The hotel was comfortable and quiet. We stayed for two days as a couple. The room was on the smaller side as others have mentioned but worked great for a place to rest inbetween seeing the sights. It was a reasonable 5-10 min walk from Victoria station which put it off the high traffic streets with a few nice pubs close by and Sainsbury grocery store just around the corner. The front desk staff were very helpful and let us leave a bag the day we checked out which we retrieved after seeing Wicked that evening. Bike rental station was just a block away. Hope to return in the future!"

"A narrow, multi-story building with simple, single rooms with a bathroom and shower. The price is reasonable. The reception is friendly. Relatively quiet."

"This was an awesome place to stay in London. The hotel staff was very helpful in meeting our needs, both in the hotel and in finding our way around London. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, and 2 minutes from Pimlico Tube Station, one Tube stop from Victoria Station, and a bus stop almost across the street. Good restaurants and a grocery store within 2-5 minutes, which was important at the end of the day! "
