"Exceptional service and an indulgent stay in Mumbai We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Oberoi Mumbai. Having previously stayed at the Oberoi in Delhi, we knew there was nowhere else we’d rather be for our time in the city — and it didn’t disappoint. • The service was, as always with Oberoi, outstanding — the best we’ve experienced across any hotel chain. • We were checked in directly in our room, which was made available early (around 11am) — a thoughtful touch that made our arrival seamless. • Breakfast was a daily highlight, with an extensive à la carte menu and something for every palate. • The gym and spa facilities were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our massage. • While the pool is on the smaller side, it still offers a relaxing escape from Mumbai’s heat. A note of caution: the hotel transfers are very expensive (~£100), especially compared to booking a large Uber (~£10). There are likely more reasonable options in between. All in all, a truly memorable stay. We’re still dreaming of the scent of those beautiful bathroom products. Highly recommend. "

"I booked this place for my parents, they loved the service and hospitality. Overall a pleasant stay One thing though, I asked for a birthday gesture for my dad, but somehow the greeting card addressed my sister instead of my dad, even I asked for that specifically. I think it might have happened as i booked the room under my sister name. My family was a bit confused lol as I wanted to surprise them with this pre celebration and couldn't figure out. Not a big deal, but I hope so next time please be careful about the arrangements haha. Hope to stay next time soon"

"We had such a lovely stay here in Mumbai. It was a Holiday when we arrived and we were able to participate in the festivities. The staff were all wonderful and so were the amenities. We will be back to stay anytime we are in Mumbai. "

"We stayed three nights at Taj Mahal Tower Hotel and it was a very enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel opposite Gateway of India was very convenient with shopping and extensive choice of food outlets in the nearby colaba area. The iconic Taj Palace hotel is connected and most public areas are shared by both hotels. The welcome ceremony conducted on check in is very unique and made us feel special. The staff are always friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the housekeeping and food and beverage outlets. The complimentary tour was very informative and it is highly recommended if you have time to complete. A little inconvenience is the lobby is always crowded with visitors not staying at the hotel but overall a very good stay with the usual Taj excellence which makes this hotel great. "
