The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable bedding, excellent bathroom amenities, and a strong in-room dining offering. However, the overall experience was let down by inconsistent service. The front desk team, in particular, was disappointing—the manager did not follow up on a concern raised or provide the information promised. Additionally, a late-night disturbance from housekeeping, who rang the doorbell multiple times due to a room mix-up, was both inconvenient and avoidable. While the hotel excels in its physical offerings and dining, improvements in service—especially at the front desk and housekeeping—are needed to match the otherwise high standard of the property."

"Not too far from lonovala. Right next door to park. Room & bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffet was great & plentiful! Lots of choices to choose from! Made to order omlets, dosas, etc. 9am there was a musical parade of characters. Everyone enjoyed....even my mom! Lol. "
