The entrance is small, with steep stairs and a tiny lift. The room itself is microscopic - there is only a space on one side of the bed and it would be more comfortable to sleep on a stone bench than this bed. Threadbare towels, loose toilet seat & broken soap dispenser completes the misery. No fire escape"

"Hotel in airport made early flight less stressful since could walk to gate. Room spacious but touchy shower hard to not be too hot. Carpet was gritty but room was clean otherwise. The restaurant was a different matter. Service was terrible, slow and inattentive. Have a captive clientele and their indifference showed from start to finish. Two hours to have dinner with 40 minutes before any food brought to the table. Had escargot appetizer which was awful in presentation and quality. Have been to Sheraton in Frankfort which was great experience. The Paris location could learn a lot from it."

The staff was amazing and everyone was super friendly.
