"Room was nice, clean, I’d say cozy even. Loved soaker tub and separate shower. Even though only an overnight stay, I would for sure stay here again. And they have room service late that is delivered in a timely manner. Over all a really great stay! Lots of bang for the buck!"

"I booked a king room and got two queen beds and had to pay extra $34 per night of my stay on top of the resort fees. The guy at check in was so rude. Restaurants weren't open when they were supposed to be. Was there for 3 days and housekeeping never came once. It was our wedding weekend and had a terrible experience at the STRAT. The only plus was the valet guys were great. They were tipped very well each time we picked up and dropped off."

"We had no hot water in our room and when maintenance came to fix it they broke off the faucet and flooded our stays. Mind you this is 11pm at night. No one but housekeeping would answer our calls. Very poor customer service"

"Once you get here and are ready to check in, prepare to WAIT WAIT WAIT and then WAIT some more just to check in! 3 people helping customers while 5 others stand behind them holding up the wall, aka doing nothing, and two others I could see in the office. It took over 45 minutes in this line before I was able to get assigned a room. This was after a 6 1/2 hour drive to get there. When you pay that much for a room $2k for a weekend, you don't expect to then have to wait like this. And throughout my stay, that check-in line was always that long - every day, every time I walked by. They say you can use the self-check-in, just scan the code, but then you don't get notified for at least 45 minutes, right about the time I got to the counter, so don't bother with that nonsense!"
