"We had an amazing 10-night stay at Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, and I honestly can’t fault the experience. The hotel was incredibly accommodating, especially towards our 3-year-old, which made such a difference for us as a family. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Over the course of our stay, we built genuinely lovely relationships with many of the team. A special mention to Hnin, Irfan, the GBR Manager, who was consistently attentive and professional, Suri the chef, and Paramjit along with the rest of the security staff, who were always friendly, helpful, and reassuring throughout our stay. One of the most thoughtful highlights was the surprise birthday decorations and a beautiful fruit spread arranged in our room after the staff found out I was pregnant, which we had not requested at all. The attention to detail was incredible, and they even included images from our previous visits, which was such a personal and touching gesture. It truly made us feel remembered and genuinely cared for. The level of care, warmth, and personal attention we received made this holiday unforgettable. We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended, especially for families seeking exceptional service and heartfelt hospitality. 🌴✨"

"I was actually looking to write somewhere regarding our delightful stay. We have always been a Marriott guest however I decided to try the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah and I’m so glad we did. I was blown away with the whole experience of entering the lobby, the very helpful staff, the lifts always being there when you needed them and not having to wait around. The room upgrade was much appreciated and were we shocked. The room was absolutely wonderful, so much space, specially with us having lots of luggage as this stay was our finale of a 20 day holiday from UK to India and Dubai. You had an amazing choice of restaurants which we tried the one on the beach front. Loved it. Us being a foodie people were only disappointed by our own health as we didn’t have good stomachs since landing in Dubai. I was so much looking forward to going to the Claw BBQ and the Trader Vic’s plus the bars. I’m upset that we missed out on so much you had to offer which on a prefect day we would have been enjoying it. We made use of the spa facility which was amazing too. Oh how can I forget the breakfast. I was crying inside that I couldn’t try everything. The NYC & fireworks view from our balcony was prefect for the evening. Hopefully they’ll be a time for us to visit again. I bet you wasn’t expecting such a long message. I just wanted to say we really enjoyed our stay and I’m sure we will be looking to book a Hilton in our upcoming Japan trip. "

"Got upgraded to 1 bedroom. Nice and spacious. Kids loved it. Even had a balcony to hang the swimsuits to dry. Breakfast was predictable after staying for about a week. Could be nice to change it up once in awhile."
