"We got a pretty upstairs room, the elevator was broken which is inconvenient when traveling with bags, the staff kindly offered to help however. There was no remote control in the room for the TV, and the room is so small that the door cannot open all the way, but otherwise we liked the room and it’s quirks for the price. "
