This motel was not in the most affluent area of Seattle however it was an amazing find, the nicest staff, immaculate rooms and super safe with a secure electric gate! It gets 6 gold stars from me especially at the price point - I will definitely be back for my next cruise!

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room. Rooms come well equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker and hot water pot in the minibar that has a sink. The bed was very comfortable and there are extra pillows and blanket.Underground parking, Convenient location to lots of places to eat. Grocery store nearby. Climate pledge and space needle are steps away. Nice view of the Puget sound and Space needle.

I think this is the best urban hotel I have ever stayed in. I was in Seattle from Canada meeting friends from England. The Citizen M, Pioneer Square was an oasis of calm, stylish, sumptuous, serenity. I’ve rarely seen such clever thoughtful, innovative, inspiring design outside of Europe. Lovely people, delicious breakfast, awesome atmosphere. I hope very much to stay again soon.

Super spacious rooms, great amenities, free water, coffee and biscuits in the afternoons, free drink on arrival, helpful staff, great Aircon and good small pool and gym. Great location

We loved staying here for 2 nights. Great location, walking distance of waterfront and Pike Place Market. Good transport connections: buses and trains. Nice cafe located next to the hotel. Cheap shuttle service when we were ready to depart for cruise was nice as we thought we had to arrange taxi.

Stayed 1 night after flight from Manchester vie Dublin before we drove to Vancouver. It did the job for a very cheap price. Cannot complain., well done!

Super close to Pike Place market.. however it was less of a wow factor in the hotel room. It was great but maybe just me as I was expecting more after the reviews and also i got a good price with this app so may have been one of the cheaper rooms. Room was overlooking the street so was slightly noisy at night.. I think for the sheer convenience next to Pikes on your doorstep, the room was worth gold !!

This is a really lovely hotel. The staff are superb and the room is lovely and comfortable. The location for the price is brilliant. The cafe next door is linked and perfect.

Great place to stay in Seattle! Staffs are kind, willing to support whenever asked. It's just right to the Pike market, so convenient to visit the downtown. The hotel offers good foods & drinks, and shared space and also provides useful info for tours & activities. Thank you!

This hotel was decent for a short stay, not too far from the transit station meaning I didn't need to get ubers often. The breakfast was basic consisting of cereal, breads, yoghurt, cheese spread and fruit but there were no gluten free choices. Granted I didn't ask for any but there was no sign to say it was available on request. I bought my own as my stay was so short. The staff are lovely and helpful, there was a problem with the shower and it was resolved as promised and they cannot be...
