"We stayed here for four nights while touring the Seattle area. The hotel has a good location near the interstate and also the light rail station. There is excellent security in place for the parking garage and room floor access where you need to use your room key to get to those areas. Housekeeping did a great job except forgetting to give us coffee and an ice bag one morning. But we were able to remedy that right away as she was still in the hallway cleaning other rooms. Our room was on the fourth floor and we really appreciated the quick and smooth ride of the elevator."

"My only complaint was that the bed was not as comfy as I would have liked. The room was huge and cozy. The staff went above and beyond. I was there for five nights for medical stuff that was no fun but this hotel was a safe, comfortable, home away from home. "

"Easy access to hotel from Northgate Way. Property is clean and modern. Great room - bathroom in my room had a walk in shower which was new and very modern. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely return when I am in Seattle area!"
