I have stayed in Europe, Texas, California to Oregon at many hotels. This one was not on the top or the middle of my list to return to. The shower is glass so the door had gaps on the bottom and the sides and the water from the shower would leak all over the bathroom floor had to have double extra towels to prevent flooding. No microwave for maybe inexpensive meals to make or popcorn. Had an uncomfortable chair and ottoman not even a small couch for company. Plus had a rolling chair it was either sitting all the back possibly falling out or using a metal pin to keep it sitting straight up. this place had no options for any type of streaming just Direct TV and HBO basic 4 channels. Every hotel I have stayed at had a Netflix link Most of all they all had some sort of Streaming service availability! No place to exercise within the place. Ice availability was room service only would be nice to get my own ice anytime. Refreshments when the night ends only a small refrigerator behind the reception with only 5 flavors of drink not even a snack for late nights due to nothing being open after 8 pm in this post covid world. The lighting was still overall dark. Not enough USB or USB/C connections in the room majority of products use these for charging. The people were great but it is the small things that make people return also. So, I am staying in the area again in a few weeks but I will not be staying at The Hearthman again all about the small stuff for me also.

Lovely rooms with cloud bedding and the balcony was a bonus. Staff were great. Location was great too. Our suite had a very loud air conditioning unit and the tv had no screen mirror function to use my own streaming platform so only cable was Available (which didn’t have much to watch…) but that is a nitpick. We had a great stay and would come again and recommend.
