"We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!"

"Horrible accommodations it was totally freezing. There’s a half inch gap in every window. The front screen door has a 2 inch gap the freeway is cars are on the side of the house. You hear it all day and all night no blankets were provided. Blowup mattress turned into a taco in two hours. The so-called futon couch is meant for a child and didn’t open up. We ended up spending $800 on two other hotels just to get some sleep. The shower fills up to your ankles just an overall horrible time. I had...

"The unit did not have any heat, we contacted directly to them and let them know about the issue and the owner said i will see if someone can come fix it. Never answered back waited for the days to be over and we froze in there for 5 days that we stayed in. "
