A lovely hotel to look at. Good free parking. The room was well appointed with large fridge freezer, microwave, sink, dish washer and ample cutlery and cooking equipment. Breakfast was ok but would benefit from some proper fresh fruits apart from a banana. Also muesli and natural yoghurt for me would have been nice. There was always scrambled egg, bacon or sausages,biscuits and a sauce which everyone seemed to choose. It was within walking distance to Walmart and Khols and there were so many...

Outstanding rooms, my suite had everything. Excellent restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cheaper than the standard budget hotel, absolutely incredible price. Highly recommended

We had one of the suites so at £445 per night our expectations were high. The room was fantastic re the interior design, wifi. Bath and shower were amazing. same old story in these hotels is that 2 coffees + 2 muffins = $30, so we never bothered eating breakfast. It is not unusual and I travel extensively and it is the same the world over.

Lovely staff, amazing room, clean and spacious. The pool was really nice as well. Will definitely come back and stay again!

Hotel is fantastic, plenty of facilities in the way of food and drink. Pools are exceptional and lots of sunbeds available. Staff are polite and willing to help in anyway they can. We had a room with a balcony on the 13th floor which was amazing, views to die for. You need to stay at this hotel. Complete value for money.

Best thing was the lovely friendly staff at check in - April and a gentleman whose name I didn’t get. Room was clean and comfortable, pool was nice with loungers, towels and parasols. Breakfast had a decent selection with bacon, waffles, cereal, fruit and more Location was good just a short drive from PHX

Great stay Nice condo, large family pool and quiet

Regular US hotel. Friendly check-in with a bottle of water (equally friendly at the wrong Hampton Inn we tried to check in to first). Nice gym. Average breakfast. One of those breakfasts where all plates/cutlery goes in the trash - so scored low on'eco' rating.

We stayed in the Club facility which offered friendly personal service and excellent included breakfast although not the best scrambled eggs (the ultimate challenge for a buffet breakfast). Service levels throughout the hotel generally high but disappointing that at pool level all meals served in plastic boxes and paper cups even in the poolside restaurant. Locals seemed to accept but felt down market from a European perspective for this calibre of hotel.
