The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfy. Very secured. Staff is also friendly. I’ve travel to Phoenix many times within the past three years and stayed at other hotels and this is the one I’ve liked the most. Only downside is that the pool has been under renovation for three years.

Room was clean and quiet. The shower was nice and it wasn’t clogged! The bed was not the most comfortable but I didn’t have a problem falling asleep. Free parking is always welcomed!

The building is dated and smells old. Parking was ok but there were random people walking around the parking lot. Room itself was clean. Did not use gym or breakfast areas. Close to wide selection of restaurants and Walmart. Probably not stay again unless building is renovated. Overall 6/10.
