"My family and i loved this hotel! It felt so clean and smelled wonderful when you walked in. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Honestly the breakfast is better than any other hotel. It had eggs, sausage, gravy, waffles and much more. Super nice staff! Everyone was so upbeat and said hi to all the guest. Highly recommed this hotel "

"I was told if i.didn't feel comfortable with my license and credit card being copied i couldn't check in at 10:00 pm at night To go.somewhere else!! If you stayed here and 6 months to a year later you had a problem with.your cedit card being compromised because this property required a copy of your license and credit card. Put a complaint in. The management was awful to me! Buyer beware! I had to walked 3.5 blocked to.stay at.the Hilton hotel! They charged me a night rate. I had 5 other credit cards to prove who i was! The pictures ate old and the lobby needs updating! Don't stay here!"

"Hotel is beautiful. I was there to witness the arrival of the Immortal 32. Had a wonderful time, staff was good. Vallet was GREAT!! Only issue I had was the shower dripped ALL Night and it was the hot water that wouldn't stop dripping so it created a lot of steam in the room, even with the bathroom door closed. NO I did not report it, it was late when I got in and all I wanted to do was sleep. "

"The property is clean and great location. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the river but that was also the problem. The room was extremely noisy. The doors to the balcony are like paper and you hear EVERYTHING ALL NIGHT - birds, boats, cars, people, etc. We did not sleep well. Something needs to be done to sound proof the doors to the outside."

"Although kinda monotonous, the breakfast was fresh and the dining area clean. The pool and hot tub were sparkling and maintenance came right away to fix a problem. "

"If you book a balcony do not expect it to be a river view. They have 28 rooms with a true river view the rest are so high up that you see nothing and all you hear are air conditioning units on top of other buildings. I complained and was told river views were not guaranteed. They did try to move me to the river side on the 22nd floor, so high up you cannot see the river and the noise made the balcony unusable."
