Excellent

We stayed in the Club facility which offered friendly personal service and excellent included breakfast although not the best scrambled eggs (the ultimate challenge for a buffet breakfast). Service levels throughout the hotel generally high but disappointing that at pool level all meals served in plastic boxes and paper cups even in the poolside restaurant. Locals seemed to accept but felt down market from a European perspective for this calibre of hotel.

I had visited this property before and was pleased to find that my experience was consistent with previous stays. The microwave/oven had been upgraded which was good. Housekeeping were on the ball and kept me well stocked with coffee. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily revisit and probably will, at some point.

Great stay Nice condo, large family pool and quiet

First class hotel.needed later check out,no trouble.asked for room wi-fi, no charge. Staff excellent, hotel condition and location wonderful, could not expect anything better.

Directly opposite the Atlantic FBO at Scottsdale very handy for my needs.

Our apartment was lovely , we benefited from a recent upgrade . Very nice area Scottsdale and ample self parking Very good location for all highways and interstate freeways

Easy check in, allowed early access to room. Friendly staff throughout our stay. Unusual that maid service was not automatically given, you had to ask but not a problem. It was VERY hot during our stay and would have been nice if there were sun beds by the pool and umbrellas, only a table and chairs with umbrella. I did ask and was told pool furniture was on order. Breakfast was really nice (and the cookies throughout the day!)
